About the Event
We will host this event to share what we do, what we’ve done, and what we plan to do in the future as we continue to spread awareness of sickle cell disease. We will host our partners, supporters, and sponsors as well as introduce our Team B Strong Group and some of our sickle cell warriors.

We will host our second blood drive of the year in partnership with several other organizations. We will also host educational sessions in honor of World Sickle Cell Day. Blood donors will receive an Amazon e-gift card, Red Cross Tee, swag bag, lunch and door prizes.
6th Annual Braden’s Birthday Bash & Blood Drive

We will host our 6th Annual Community Event and Blood Drive in partnership with the Richland County Recreation Commission and the American Red Cross. We will have vendors, entertainment, awareness, food, and fun! Just in celebrating another year of life and saving lives. In lieu of birthday presents, Braden will be accepting new toys and gifts for kids from infants to teens to donate to children treated at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital sickle cell clinic. He will also accept snacks, Gatorade, and bottled water to donate to Prisma Health’s adult sickle cell clinic.
